Self love comes to me with ease

Thought for the week: Self Love

One of the best feelings in the world without question is love. We fall into it, seek it out, cherish it, share it, it’s an experience and expression that everyone can understand, regardless of who they are.


Self-love means having a warm and nurturing attitude towards self. It’s about finding peace within us, being comfortable within the depths of our being. However, a deeper inner peace requires cultivating a certain way of being with ourselves. It’s about developing a core set of values, an unshakeable foundation, a deep, deep intimacy that can come only from loving and knowing yourself.


Self- love is incredibly important and self-love affirmations are an amazing tool for feeling better about yourself and your place in the world.
