When you complain, your body is getting fired up to fight something. Your body releases the stress hormone cortisol. Cortisol raises your blood pressure and blood sugar so that you’ll be prepared to either escape or defend yourself. Cortisol can also lower your body’s ability to protect itself from sickness.
Instead of complaining about your frustrations, always try to look on the bright side of life. Have a bio energy session it’s much better for your mind and your body.
