Thought for the week:  Stress

Here are a few things that you may like to include to help reduce and let go of stress:

Book a regular Bio Energy session where you get to totally relax and be taken care of and supported in making the changes you want in your life.

Organise the space where you’re working or living so that it’s more clear and organised so that you don’t get triggered or feel trapped by it.

Take a short break where you get to be out in the sunlight and do some relaxing breathing.

Build in some kind of excise and body movement at least 3 times a week.

Give yourself at least an hour a week where you do something that you enjoy doing, whether that’s reading, a hobby, sleeping, watching a movie or walking.

Take proper meal breaks where you focus upon eating and enjoying your food.

Set clear boundaries about what works and doesn’t work for you and commit to them.

Look at your sleeping routine – do you get enough quality sleep?

Consider meditation – it’s a great way of relaxing, healing, and changing your life,
