Thought for the week: What is The Heart Chakra?
The heart chakra is the fourth chakra and is located in the centre of the chest. Its energy is associated with love, understanding and emotional power. The heart chakra is special because it is the fourth of the seven chakras, making it the exact halfway point of the system. It connects the lower three chakras the root, sacral and solar plexus with the upper three chakras, the throat, brow and crown chakras.
