The Solar Plexus chakra is the third chakra and is located in your stomach area. Its energy is responsible for confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping you feel in control of your life. It governs personality, ego, identity as well as integrity and authenticity.
Free flowing energy in the Solar Plexus chakra means we live with a strong sense of our identity and purpose. We feel confident and motivated. With our Solar Plexus chakra in alignment, we can be our most authentic self in all we do and in every choice we make.
