Affirmation:  I am calm and relaxed in all situations

Thought for the week:  Anxiety

Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. Anxiety is a feeling of worry, or unease, typically about an upcoming event or something with an uncertain outcome. Anxiety is a feeling that everyone has felt at some point in time.

Try these when you’re feeling anxious:

Take time-out

Eat well balances meals

Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks

Get enough sleep

Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health

Take deep breaths

Count to ten slowly

Do your best
