Stress is a normal part of life. Stress is the body’s reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body’s responses to stress can be physical, mental and emotional.  To relieve stress have a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun. It supports you when under pressure and allows you to meet challenges head on.
