Abraham Maslow said, “The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.”
The quality of your life depends on your presence in the moment. You can feel fully alive or miserable in any moment. It is the choice you make that creates your influence and impact with every moment you have. Stop resisting the present. Instead engage with every moment and make your choices towards being present in order to gain greater power in the now.
