Thought for the week: Find your centre
Start by thinking where your centre is physically – some people instinctively point to their heart others point to their solar plexus or the spot between their eyes or the crown of their head. Once you have established it, have it as a place to return to, a safe centre to your universe when you feel anxious or fearful.
