Music is very important to most of us and is part of everyday life. Music can help us to express our feelings and emotions. We are highly emotional beings, but not all of our emotions make their way fully and properly to the front of our conscious attention when they need to. For this reason music is a powerful therapy that can help us calm down, it can bring about emotional relief, reduce stress levels and in the moment of joy, it can make us cheerful.
