Thought for the week – Programming
There are many people who hate or dislike some aspect of themselves due to their negative programming from childhood and other influences in life. Some people may even subconsciously try to punish themselves by overworking, overeating, excessive drinking, self-sabotage and the list goes on and on.
Investing in a new way of living and thinking can come about by making small incremental positive changes. Learning to change our original programming can be accomplished.
