What I think about I bring about

Thought for the week: Beliefs

Here’s a simple definition: A belief is an assumed truth.

We create beliefs to anchor our understanding of the world around us and so, once we have formed a belief, we will tend to try to persevere with that belief.


So understand that our beliefs and people’s beliefs are what they are assuming to be true. We can Challenge our beliefs. Reframe them. Just know our beliefs can be Changed.
